(Pronounced "T-wahh") Thoa Campbell leads with an authentic and pragmatic approach to problem solving, a seasoned professional with 18 years of project management experience in the technology and software industry.

Known for her reliable, transparent, and consistent communication approach, Thoa earns trust quickly keeping her focus on end results. She is an expert facilitator driving cross-team collaborations across various levels of business and operational team structures.

Knowledgeable and highly proficient in leveraging industry standard frameworks & methodologies positively influencing project quality and delivering results.

A Pacific Northwest native, Thoa balances her work with raising two teens with her husband enjoying local festivals, concerts, and discovering new locations where Codi can be a "River Dog".

Why River Dogs?

The name River Dogs is inspired from our dog Codi, who loves exploring riverbanks. We noticed how focused and energetic he became in that environment, completely happy and joyful. That's the approach we bring to every project by creating the right environment where teams can do their best work. Rivers represent constant movement and adaptation, while dogs represent excitement, and focused determination . We combine both qualities to help organizations solve complex problems and build systems that actually work for the people using them.

She has worked across a number of industries, including software development,manufacturing, retail technology, and Fintech.

Thoa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle University and maintains several industry-leading certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Agilist, FinOps Certified Practitioner, and Certified Scrum Master I & II certifications. Her commitment to continuous learning ensures she remains at the forefront of evolving project management methodologies and industry best practices.
